About Vlaamse zweethondengroep
Flemish “Bloodhounds“ Group (Non profit association)
The Flemish Bloodhounds Group was founded by motivated hunters from Flanders who acknowledged the necessity of tracking big game.
The main objective of our association is to place specialised teams of a “prehunter“ (first hunter) and a dog at the disposal of anyone, anywhere, who wants to have some tracking done.
The statutes of the Group oblige the members to possess a specific “bloodhound“, who has passed a course and a pre-test and is subjected to a maintenance test annually.
Afterwards, the “prehunter“ will be put on a list of the active members. The list is available for everybody and adapted annually.
Each call that reaches us through the exchange (014 54 49 27) will be answered.
It is possible for a “prehunter“ of the Flemish Bloodhounds Group to be ready for action during a drive. The association has no territorial limits.
